The first of these sales, transacting for $1.275 million, involved a renowned Automobile Repair and Service enterprise situated in Aurora, Illinois. The seller, with three decades of industry experience, entrusted Playbook Advisory with the exclusive responsibility to manage the sale of one of their trio of Chicago-based outlets.

This automobile business caught the attention of a private individual, marking his entry into the automotive repair domain. The financing component for both the business and associated real estate came courtesy of U.S. Bank, renowned for its role in facilitating SBA loans for business procurements.

Meanwhile, the second disclosed sale was of a pet services venture located in Barrington, Illinois. Having taken ownership of this establishment over a decade ago from its original proprietor, the seller was poised to embrace retirement in 2018.

The acquisition by the buyer stemmed from an advertisement on Bizbuysell.com, prominently displayed during the listing period. Notably, this purchase represents the buyer's second venture into the pet services arena.
